Lawyer
Emily is a lawyer in our family law department, following her admission to practice in 2025. Emily has been an integral part of our family law team for several years working as a legal assistant whilst completing her studies.
Emily takes a calm and practical approach with clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. Emily is able to provide advice and assistance across a wide range of matters, including applying for a divorce, negotiating parenting arrangements and property settlements, preparing Consent Orders and Parenting Plans, and navigating Intervention Order applications.
Growing up in Geelong and being involved in local sporting clubs, Emily understands the importance of community and the role it plays.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys playing netball, watching her beloved Western Bulldogs and spending time outdoors with her partner, their rottweiler Zoey and greyhound rescue Axel.
