Anthony is an agile and pragmatic business lawyer with significant experience across a variety of different industries and areas of law.
At all times, Anthony has a strong focus on the primary goals of his clients and the unique business environment in which they operate. He provides clear and concise advice which his clients can rely on to make timely and informed business decisions.
Anthony recognises that more often that not, the legal and commercial considerations of a particular matter are closely interwoven, and require a tailored legal approach which addresses both sets of considerations equally.
Anthony is a key asset for clients involved in commercial transactions. From negotiation to signing, he fosters excellent relationships with all stakeholders and acts as a facilitator in order to successfully address and overcome any hurdles which may arise.
In addition, Anthony has a particular strength in drafting and preparing legal documents which properly reflect his clients’ instructions and intentions, and which are easy for all parties to understand and use. This is best exemplified through his design and provision of multi-use template legal documents which clients can complete and use themselves as needed.
Anthony commenced practising law in 2012. Prior to joining Wightons in 2024, he founded and conducted the progressive business law firm “Palisade” which was ultimately acquired by Wightons. He has also held a senior position in the commercial law team of a regional law firm and a corporate counsel position with a large Australian automotive distributor and franchisor.
Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending time with his young daughter, playing golf, surfing, yoga and cooking.
